On the call, we go through your business from a systems, tech and operations perspective. What you have, how it's set up, where the friction is, what your goals are. I ask a lot of questions and take a lot of notes.
After the call, I audit your online, customer-facing presence. Think website, booking process, social media and anywhere else I can find you online. I want the full picture of how your business looks from the outside as well as the inside.
Then I write a comprehensive report covering:
- Your current business state. What's working, what isn't, and what it's actually costing you.
- How your clients experience your business, and the gaps that are causing lost revenue.
- Specific recommendations to fix what's holding back your growth and your income.
- A prioritised action plan to get your behind the scenes working for you, so you can earn more without working more hours.
