Important: Some of the tools and systems we use store data overseas (including in the United States). Please read Section 6 carefully.

We handle personal information responsibly and transparently. Although Health Tech Network does not provide clinical health services and does not collect health information, we recognise that many of our clients operate in health and wellness industries and rely on secure, reliable systems.

- HealthTech.Systems (HTS) — our internal CRM and client management platform

- Go High Level (GHL) — infrastructure used within the HTS platform (United States)

- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting (global)

- Stripe — payments

- Mailgun — email delivery

- LeadConnector — SMS and telephony services

- Asana — task management

Some of these providers store data in overseas locations, including the United States and other countries.

6.2 Risks of overseas disclosure

When personal information is stored or processed overseas:

- It may be subject to foreign laws

- Overseas providers may not be directly bound by Australian privacy law

- Enforcement of Australian privacy rights may be more difficult

- We may have limited practical control over how data is managed day-to-day

Health Tech Network does not upload or store sensitive health information.
